Our First Team Building Exercise

What an energising day at Sea View with the team during the Team building session! 🌊🌱

Stepping away from the usual work environment gave us the opportunity to connect, reflect, and grow both as individuals and as a team. Through engaging activities, we strengthened our collaboration, communication, and trust, while gaining a deeper appreciation of each other’s strengths.

Beyond teamwork, the day also reminded us of our shared responsibility to conservation. Coming together to plant a tree was a simple but powerful symbol of our commitment to environmental stewardship and long-term impact values that guide our work every day.

We are grateful for the shared learning, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on both our team and the environment. Here’s to strengthening our work together while supporting the world around usπŸ’‘πŸŒ

Wishing the Team the best of luck during the Lamu workshop!
