International Mangroves Day

It was great attending the International Mangroves Day at the invitation of Mr. James Mburu, the Regional Conservator of the Coast for KFS. We were lucky enough to have opportunities to meet scientists at hashtag#KMFRI, members at the Ministry of Environment & communities groups like hashtag#COMRED, to name a few groups.

We were inspired by the speeches, hearing everyone from CFA's to the Cabinet Secretary talk of the importance of progressing blue carbon projects. It gave us some extra motivation to get things moving.
